Job Description
To handle all types of services request and inquiries from customer.
To escalate, follow up and update the service request such EDD and resolution of vehicle repair to customer within the SLA.
Support team for preparing BTS quotation and follow up.
As contact point for vehicle breakdown - to coordinate and arrange team to attend the breakdown and towing.
Support team for BTS ticket escalation - to escalate the request to relevant team for further action, to support for quotation, follow up for approval and case closure via system.
Daily performance report and monthly performance report.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback for service and quality improvement.
To support the fleet admin operation to handle Roadtax, Puspakom and Insurance validity whenever is required.
