Job Description
Job Responsibility -Holds responsibility to respond to user inquiry via messaging social platform and email. -Holds responsibility to always maintain excellent reviews, best relationship with the end user as first contact solution provider. -Review end user feedback and complaints and provide recovery for best customer experience. -Understand QMed Asia product and include during providing solution to promote to the public. -Promote QMed Asia product and service using social platform campaign. -Update System Information for social platform(chabot). -Analyse monthly user pattern data to improve customer experience. -Follow the guidelines to provide deeper value to the public, usage and other KPI's as defined in the SLA. Proactively report to Superior/Manager for all updates and suggestion plan with minimal supervision & follow ups. -Understand user's need from customer journeys and build an engagement plan with Account -Manager in a personalized fashion that focus on the Job Requirements
