Job Responsibility- Provide professional customer support to drive revenue and increase profitability for our client's business
- Ensure client satisfaction with our product and services
- Address clients' concerns effectively through various communication channels
- Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with our clients
- Maintain sustainable relationships with clients through active engagement and open communication
- Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers' issues
- Coordinate with English-speaking colleagues/customers, translate and communicate their concerns to the Mandarin-speaking clients for resolution
- Act as client advocate, liaise with their customers, mediate and settle disputes with their best interest in mind
- Promptly follow up with the relevant parties to ensure resolution and customer recovery
- Take orders from Mandarin-speaking customers for our clients
- Other duties as assigned
As a Mandarin/English Bilingual Client Service Specialist, you must demonstrate several key attributes to be considered for this position. Included in this list are the following:

Job Requirements- Preferable fluent speak in Mandarin and English
- Able to work at Sunway Velocity
- Posses at Least High School/Diploma or above welcome to fresh graduate
- Experience in Customer Service preferred
- Proficient in Mandarin Language - Speaking, Reading, and Typing
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work Night Shift
