Job ResponsibilityRoles and Responsibilities:-
?Responsible in supporting customer's individual enquiry - coordinating buying & selling rate to prepare full quotation by communicating local / overseas agents
?Effective handling and responding of all customers interactions (online meeting, tele-
communications and written communications)
?Able to handle Both Import and Export (FCL/LCL), Logistics, shipment planning & documentation (eg: D/O, B/L, Authorization Letter, and other related documents)
?Liaise with Carrier/ NVOCC/ Consolidator/ Transporters/ Hauler to ensure smooth delivery of cargo
?Handle Air-freight, Ocean-freight, and Land-transport.
?Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
?Ensure all cargoes are loading and unloaded properly
?Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status
? Any other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
Job Requirements:-
?Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
?At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
?Excellent customer service and communication skills
?Knowledge in HS Codes, incoterms, air-freight, sea-freight, land-transport and declaration procedures.
?High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills
?Strong team player, customer focused & service oriented
?Proactive, initiate and good communication skills
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 09:00 - 17:00
Saturday : 09:00 - 13:00
