? Act as liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions and resolve any emerging problem that our

? Communicating with customers through various channel phone, email and social media.
? Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
? Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions.
? Processing order exchanging, return & refund within 3 working days.
? Confident at troubleshooting and investigate if don't have enough information to answer to customer questions or
resolve complaints.
? Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
? Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
? Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
? Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
? Take the extra mile to engage customer.
? Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the management from time to time as when necessary.
Requirement :
? Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in business administration
? Fresh graduate is highly encouraged to apply
