Job Responsibilityo Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
o To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
o Work in a team to achieve the required KPI.
o Ability to work independently and diligence
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
o Responding promptly to customer inquiries
o Communicating with customers through the appropriate channels
o Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process
o Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
o Carry out administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the company
Requirements
o Diploma and above in any related field.
o Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service, entry level are welcome to apply
o Logistics experience is preferred but not compulsory
o Fluency in written and verbal English and Bahasa Melayu is a must
o Communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
