Job ResponsibilityPosition:
Customer Service Professional (for Call Center GLC Company)
Office based at Bangunan Graha Maju (nearby Hang Tuah Mall) & Menara TM, MITC Melaka
To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their problems on product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting
Able to converse well in English & Malay
Call center environment (No sales required), good communication skill, customer-oriented
Minimum qualification: SPM with credit in BM and English
Applicable for Malaysian only
Age from 19-39 years
Basic RM1500-RM1800
Skill Allowance RM200
Shift Allowance RM60
KPI up to RM300 per month (performance based)
KPI, EPF , SOCSO, EIS
Working days: 5 days, 2 days off (not fix & rotational)
Working hours: Office Hour 8:00am-5:30pm
Able to start on 25th NOVEMBER 2022
