Job ResponsibilityPosition:
Customer Service Professional (Mobile Chat)
Office based at Plaza Vads,TTDI KL
To attend live chat from customers, identify their problems on product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting
Able to converse well in English & Malay
Call center environment (No sales required), good communication skill, customer-oriented
Minimum qualification: SPM with credit in BM and English
Applicable for Malaysian only
Age from 19-39 years
Basic up to RM2400
Skill Allowance RM200
Shift Allowance RM60
KPI up to RM300 per month (performance based)
KPI, EPF , SOCSO, EIS
Working days: Monday to Sunday ,5 days, 2 days off (not fix & rotational)
Working hours: Earliest shift 7 am and last shift ends at 10 pm.
Able to start on NOVEMBER 2022
