Customer Service Professional
Office based at Bangsar
To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their problems on product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting
Able to converse well in English & Malay
Call center environment (No sales required), good communication skill, customer-oriented
Minimum qualification: SPM with credit in BM and English
Applicable for Malaysian only
Age from 19-39 years
Basic up to RM2400
Skill Allowance RM200
Shift Allowance RM60
KPI up to RM300 per month (performance based)
KPI, EPF , SOCSO, EIS
Working days: Monday to Sunday ,5 days, 2 days off (not fix & rotational)
Working hours: Earliest shift 7 am and last shift ends at 10 pm.
Able to start on NOVEMBER 2022
