-Attend to customers enquiry promptly
-Coach and guide CSO to implement order management in right procedures according to policies set.
-Check and approve Sales Order with Purchase Order which issue by respective CSO. Ensure all requirements are correctly stated in Sales Order and work order
-Assist salesperson to generate Customer Master Record. Report to salespersons for outstanding order in hand and customer enquiry
-Ensure CSO liaise and coordinate effectively with customer to ensure efficiency in order processing and timely delivery.
-Liaise with production for machine capacity, capability, order delivery and urgent order.
Liaise with third party for special requirement such as Third party Inspections and fumigation if needed
-Analyse customer satisfaction survey by monitor customer complaint tact fully, CAPA submission and speed of closure of customer complaint.
-Ensure all documents and records are maintained and up kept correctly and accurately accordingly to ISO requirements.
-Monitor overdue FG and present FG report weekly to management and MKT dept.
-Assist CSO to solve the problem during order handling until delivery.
-Attend customer's visit event upon request.
-Ensure STS, e-PR, LTS, TORI and related system is updated according to policy and procedure set.
-Implement ISO/ EHS/ OHSAS document control.
Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies
-Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with oversea customers
-Fast learner and able to work in fast paced environment.
