Job Responsibility- To handle 999 incoming calls from callers relating to emergency cases, with objective providing assistant as quickly as possible.
- To attend the 999 calls according to specified Response Centre practice and procedure.
- To work to agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g. log in time, talk time, accuracy)

- Recognized DIPLOMA ONLY
- No working experience required
- Willing and able to work on shift
- Willing to work in Pantai Dalam, Bangsar
- Able to start immediately
