Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
Coordinate sales & marketing activities
Develop new sales opportunity & retain existing client by building a good rapport
Handle, follow up & attend to any customer's incoming call, mail or email enquiries & correspondence with customer
To plan & manage the urgency of customer order or container
Handle day to day administration, coordination & service support for the division and any other task which will be assigned as and when required in order to meet Company's objectives
Handle any ad-hoc duties which will be assigned from time to time
To prepare / compile report required by the Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in sales & marketing / customer services in logistics or equivalent
Required skill(s): Ms Office & Computer literature
Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia
Preferable able to speak mandarin
At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Possess positive working attitude and able to perform multi-tasking
Willing to learn and committed to work
Applicants must be willing to work in Prai
Possess own transport
