Job Responsibility1. deal with customer's order and liaise with production department for order fulfilment;
2. Responsible to liaise with forwarders arrange shipment and prepare necessary documents
for incoming & outgoing shipment;
3. Prepare delivery order for finished parts to be delivered to our customers;
4. Co-ordinate with the production department for the production load;
5. Arrange delivery schedule for the store to deliver goods to customer on time;
6. To record first article submission to customer for approval and rejected date;
7. To follow ISO requirement and arrange to stamp all documents related to the sales
contract with customers;
