Job Responsibilityo Responsible Provide mall information about products and services such as car park, retail location, shopping promotion.
o Attend to shoppers' queries, feedback and complaints
o To manage incoming calls to ensure customer's queries and referral of services are answered promtply and professionally
o Ensure all Lost & Found cases reported to you are properly handled, accurately documented, items secured and all procedures pertaining to lost and found are strictly to.
o Handle all young children who are apart from their parents / guardians with care and attention. Ensure the child is calmed and remain safe in your custody until claimed by the parents / guardians - to adhere to Lost Child SOP strictly
o Provide gift wrapping services, ensure all items are wrapped nicely and presentable
o Provide basic first aid during accident / incident in the mall
o Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer services with compliments from shoppers
o To keep proper log of records for all incident and issues handled or faced throughout the day including all tenants' matters
Requirements
o At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o Excellent multitasking skills
o Responsible, Friendly and Social
o Candidates are required to share social media IDs for possible evaluation
