Job Description
Job Responsibility
Be the front line to support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints, resolving product and service problems. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction of products, services, and features.Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Build sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Assist with placement of orders, cancellation of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Helping customer to track their order and update customer tracking number or consignment note number.
Job Requirements
Possess minimum SPM/Diploma
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Chinese and English both fluent in listening and speaking
