Job Responsibility

• Good communication skills to explain technical issues in layman's terms to customers.
• Good organizational skills, manage paperwork well, comply with process workflow.
• To comply with QCD procedures and follow duty roster if work days fall on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Courteous and patient, particularly to older customers who have more issues with technical problems.
• High level of trust, discipline and integrity are required to steer clear of bribes or rendering favour in exchange for monetary gain.
• Follow guidelines and regulations, especially concerning brand products.
• Well care and maintain relationships with customers.
• Using recommended tools and observing ESD (electro-static discharge) precaution as specified by product repair and servicing procedure.
• Providing technical support to help CSO with servicing Front Counter customers.
• Complying with Apple set service guideline and QCD workflow processes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM certificate or/with sufficiently good grades to qualify in School of Electronics and Infocomm Technology or relevant qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered as entry-level employee.
• Acquiring skills in using diagnostic tools and test programs.
• Familiar with smart phone application.
• Fluent in English. Good conversation skills in other local languages (Mandarin, Tamil or Bahasa Malaysia) is an advantage.
• Adaptable to working long and flexible hours, if required.
• Good personal grooming with good time management.
