Job Responsibility- Attending to inbound/outbound calls, live chats and emails.
- Manage and resolve any general inquiries, complaints or feedback accordingly.
- Respond and manage customer feedback
- Build meaningful relationship with customers through a consultative approach.
Job Requirements- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
- Candidates with minimum of 6 month of experience in Customer Service are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
