- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Plus Point).
- Candidate possesses 6 months - 1 year of customer service / call-center / front desk or any relevant experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week).
