Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Handle incoming calls/WhatsApp Chat/Emails and inquiries about the financial product
  • Patiently listen to customer's inquiries or problems
  • Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner
  • Foster and build relationships with customers
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set
  • To serve Singaporean customer

Job Requirements
  • Customer Service Executive - WhatsApp Chat/Email/Call (Financial Institution)
  • EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center OR banking/insurance industry
  • MUST have exposure to insurance & credit card (either selling or as a consumer)
  • Applicant must be well versed with mobile apps
  • Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Multi-Task
  • Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
  • MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN OFFICE SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • To observe Singapore Public Holiday
