Job Responsibility VACANCIES: 10 positions INTAKE: IMMEDIATE HIRING BASIC SALARY: RM2300 (pls do not apply if expecting more) WORKING HOURS/DAYS: |8:30 AM - 6:00 PM| MONDAY - FRIDAY (Observing SG's public holiday) LOCATION: REDBERRY CONTACT CENTER, SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA (Nearest LRT - Asia Jaya, shuttle van is provided to ferry employees from Asia Jaya's LRT to the office)
JOB DESCRIPTION:- **Handle incoming calls/WhatsApp Chat/Emails and inquiries about the financial product **Patiently listen to customer's inquiries or problems **Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner **Foster and build relationships with customers **Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set **To serve Singaporean customer
REQUIREMENTS:- **EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written) **Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center OR banking/insurance industry **MUST have exposure/general knowledge of insurance & credit card (either selling or as a consumer) **Applicant must be well versed with mobile apps **Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Multi-Task **Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
