Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries over the telephone
  • Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions

Job Requirements
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Minimum STPM or diploma holders
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Can work under pressure
  • Can start immediately
