To handle guest enquiry thru Airbnb
To update check out / in unit from Airbnb everyday
To monitor housekeeping job
To make sure homestay unit in good condition

Requirements
Certificate or diploma in hospitality (advantage)
Fluent in English & Malay (Speaking & Writing)
Bonus point if can speak and write in Chinese
Have own transport
High problem solving skills and able to solve problems independently
Good time management and organizational skills.
Conflict resolution experience.
Patience and good listening skills.
