Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • WhatsApp, call or email existing and potential customers to provide consultation and propose solutions with the company's products & services.
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Assist on Facebook and Instagram live.
  • Build relationships and understand customers' needs to encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Education: SPM, diploma or fresh graduate encourage to apply.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:30pm & Saturday (10am - 2pm)
  • Good command of English and Mandarin in terms of written & spoken.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
