Working Location : Ampang Jaya- Common Ground, Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Ampang Jaya,Selangor
(Near Ampang Puteri Hospital /Behind Ampang Point)
Working Hours - Monday - Sunday (5 working days & 2 off days )
Working Hours: Earliest Shifts 7.30am Last Shift ends - 11pm

Must possess own transport (due to last shift ends at 11pm)

Job Description:

To attend inbound calls - inquiries, problems and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues, providing first excellent contact resolution, perform outbound calls when necessary.
Job Requirements:

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field
Candidate must possess at least SPM, with 2 years of customer service experience
Fresh graduates with the right attitude will be considered
Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Contact Centre
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English language for both spoken and written is a Must.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Demonstrate teamwork all the time.
