Job Responsibility
Job Responsibilities:
1.Able to communicate with client and customer regarding delivered product.
2.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3.Familiar with DHL courier system will be added advantage but not necessary.
4.Able to solve problem on customer complaint regarding product delivered.
5.Able to handle administration task that relate to courier management.
6.Able to handle database of receiving, return product and related database based on courier database.
7.Manage to make report and data sorting on product delivered and return.
8.Supervise Customer Service Assistant and ensure all task completed accordingly.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Logistics & Transportation, Supply Chain or any related field.
2.Experience in courier industry most welcome but the other industry can be consider.
3.Able to follow direction given by superior.
4.Able to finish up task based on timeline given.
5.Precise and details person in handle database.
6.Able to work at Sungai Petani, kedah.
