1. Communication with drivers: on-site and online registration in Maxim mobile app, helping them solve work related issues;
2. Participation in promotional and branding campaigns outside of the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company);
3. Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online / via phone / on-site);
4. Service quality tracking.
- Min. SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field;
- Efficient English skills as this role will require constant communication with an international coordinator, knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is also preferred;
- Sales / Marketing background;
- Team player with strong negotiation skills, accountability, self motivated and result oriented;
- Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems;
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and new marketplace dynamics.

- 2200-2500 MYR (net) for the start, annual increase depending on the branch results;
- 5 day working week;
- Probation period: 3 months;
