Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Help to support our web/app projects. You will be a key contributor and work closely with the other members of our technology and product team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (live chat).
  • Handle social media to create more excitement.
  • Brain storming and give more idea on how to increase productivity.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
  • Additional responsibility may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
  • Collaborate with the team member to achieve better results.
  • Knowing the products and services in and out.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Requirements
  • Fresh grades are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
  • Abilities to read and write in Mandarin 
  • No specific education level required
  • Problem solver and great with people (customer-centric)
  • Self-motivated and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities when necessary.
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and other language will be an advantage.
