Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure first contact resolution through problem resolution and efficient email handling.
  • Accurately record and handle customer issues in appropriate systems/spreadsheets.
  • Utilize the knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions while following all required scripts, policies and procedures.
  • Comply with requirements regarding confidential and personal information.
  • Escalate customer issues to appropriate internal or external partners.
  • Comply with all attendance and work schedule requirements

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service related fields and related industries.
  • Problem solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication in English and Bahasa required
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office
  • Accordia Solution experience a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
