Job ResponsibilityMonday - Friday, Saturday (Half day)
- Serve as liaison between document processing and the customer regarding all Shipment details.
- Source and Negotiate freight rates from Shipping Carriers, Shipping Agents and Co-loaders
- Maintain contact with the airlines, shipping lines and trucking companies and any agents that will be handling the freight to ensure shipper and consignees are aware of any problems.
- Answer all Customer inquiries promptly and notify customers of any delays in shipping and dispatching.
- Further increase customer satisfaction and business share through proactively communicating with the Customer. Establish Customer communication preference, i.e phone, email, fax
- Issues billing based on approved charge codes and rates, Invoicing and collections follow-up
- Work with Sales and Account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Operations.
- Provide weekly shipment & Sales Report Status.
- Assist sales in Compiling Quotes by providing rates, tariffs etc.
- Maintain good record keeping and filing system for all financial documents, office files and documentation.
- Assist and supporting accounting tasks with billings, accounts receivables, accounts payable, operation administration and other matters as requested.
- Establish and maintain cash controls for accounts receivable and payable as well as disburse petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.
- Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's monthly reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide full range of administrative support for team when necessary; any other job assignment required by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Degree, any field.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Customer Service related (Logistic industries).
- Required skill(s): Customer Service, logistic, custom forms knowledge.
- Required languages skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Self organization skills: proactive, professional manner at all times
- Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang.
- Able to start immediately is added advantage
