Job Description


Job Responsibility

Most of the working time will be related to:

  • Communication with drivers: registering them in a mobile application, solving current work issues;
  • Participation in promotional campaigns outside of the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company).
  • Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips online or on the phone \ face-to-face;
  • Tracking the quality of the provided service.

Job Requirements

This job is for you if:

  • Multitasking is comfortable for you;
  • You are an active communicator and know how to be convincing;
  • You quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems;
  • Your English is at least B2 level or higher;
  • You have at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service \ Sales \ Retail or Sales Promotion.
