Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Provide customer service
  • Field inbound support live chats, emails , telegram from users about our product offerings
  • Liaise between department to resolve problems
  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
  • Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
  • Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions

Job Requirements
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency
  • Well-versed in English and Mandarin
  • 1 year experience and above
  • Must be local Malaysian
