Job Responsibility

• Online store customer service, handle Enquiry
• Learn and understand our product and have the passion to help customer
• To reply customer when they are asking for information or have questions.
• To handle and manage online store
• To communicate with customer using social media platform
• To promote our brand/product through online engagement such as social media posting, live, etc...

Job Requirements

• Recognized SPM or Degree/Diploma or other equivalent qualifications.
• Good personality and customer service oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Have experience in handle customer enquiry / feedback.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
