Job Responsibilityo To support Sales and Marketing KPI and to meet company and departmental goals.
o To support the new projects and assist in company's business sales development.
o To become the lead of the new inquiries or project and follow up the project until project kick off.
o To take orders and reviews the order delivery capability together with planner.
o Responsible to document customers' needs and communicate and liaise with all the concerned departmental heads and ensure customer requirements are understood and can be fulfilled.
o To handle customer inquiries and consult with the concerned department promptly and effectively.
o To liaise with purchasing/planning section on the inventory and product production planning status.
o To ensure collection of outstanding payment by customer are done within the terms.
o Perform any tasks as directed by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or its equivalent
o At least minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o Good communication and sales skills & presentation skills.
o Customer oriented, positive attitude & able to multi-task.
o Excellent follow-up and organization skills.
