Job Description
Job Responsibility Requirements: 1. Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates (fully vaccinated). 2. Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 3. No working experience needed as training will be provided. 4. Able to work on retail shift hours, weekends & public holidays. 5. Must be discipline and committed.
Responsibility: 1. Providing good and effectives customer and member services. 2. General customer services, enquiries & complaints. 3. Morning tea serving, opening ritual & closing greetings. 4. Gift wrapping. 5. Exchange, return & refund. 6. SOGO card application / renewal / replacement. 7. SOGO card member point checking & enquiries. 8. SOGO card reward redemption 9. To perform other related duties and job assignments within the department from time to time and as and when requires.
