Job Responsibility*Greeting customers and handle incoming phone calls with customers tactfully and in a polite manner.
*Communicate with customers about the vehicle repair needs and relay information to Technician.
*Consult with Technician about the needed repairs of vehicle and determine the repairs and relevant costs for the vehicle.
*Answering customers questions about the service outcome - informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protection.
*Managing the vehicle's scheduling and work flow of service repairs.
*Issue cash sale billings after vehicle is repaired. Ensure settlement amount tally with receipts of credit card or debit card.
*Perform any other assigned tasks.
