Job ResponsibilityJob Description :
- Calling to existing customer to fix appointments and maintain accurate records reports for all inquiries
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails within the targeted service levels
- Expedite for customer complaint, follow up to ensure resolution achieved customer's satisfaction
- Respond the subordinate and customer in a timely manner
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Perform any other administrative function including daily and monthly report
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma or any equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in customer service industry
- Keep up to date on digital trends and computer literate
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking customers)
