Job Description
Job Responsibility Job Responsibilities : o Manage and develop strategies for building relationship and aim to provide a consistent, positive experience to every customer o Handle daily customer's order fulfilment, and a strong commitment to ensure the delivery in a timely and accurately manner. o Handle daily customers' incoming and outgoing calls, emailing. o Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality - keeping customers' information. o Follow up potential clients & keep good relationship. o Ensure all system records are up to date and accurate o Collect and analyze necessary information from customers to understand their problems and feedback, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction o Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned. o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements : o Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Economics, Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) o A minimum of 1 years working experience in the related field. o Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills. o Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. o Great attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills. o Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result oriented & disciplined. o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. o Work independently and as part of a team.
