Job Description
Job Responsibility
Online communication with drivers: registration in mobile application, solving current work issues;
Participation in promotional campaigns outside (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company).
Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online or on the phone \ face-to-face);
Tracking the quality of the provided service.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin will be a big plus;
Active communication skills, orientation to achieving goals;
Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems;
At least 1 year of working experience in Sales \ Customer Service or Product Promotion.
