Job Description
Job Responsibility
To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Manage enquiries via e-mails, phone calls, Whatsapp or online Messaging
Monitor Service Units despatch and received
Daily data entry, billing and filing of Service cases, and follow up on Service Cases for clients/customers
Receiving and Creating RMA shipments
Bookkeeping of Service parts and units
Packing of Service Set
Plan and Coordinate with Logistics Department on flow of service sets to customers/outlets
Assist with any functions of the day to day operations in Customer Service Department
