Job Description
Job Responsibility Responsibilities of a Customer Relation Officer but are not limited to: - Identify, assess customers' needs and render assistance to achieve satisfaction pertaining to their services with the company. - Actively follow up with prospective customers and persuade client to signed up for events. - Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline - Engage in meaningful interactions and develop positive customer relationships - Participate in pre and post auction events or program. - Perform well in daily routine tasks
Qualifications: -Able to work on weekend shifts. - Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided. - Candidates must possess at least SPM or relevant experienced. - Self-motivated, Independent, Committed, Customer-focused and Result oriented. - Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking client) - Able to start work immediately will be preferred
