2. If customer has concern(s), proceed with VOC
handling.
3.Greet customer.
4.Request service booklet & car key.
5. Check in customer's arrival in the system.
Secure appointment via:
1. Service reminder call (Outbound Call).
2. Customer call in (Inbound call).
3.Plan appointment by using system
4.Conduct Appointment and Reminder call.
