Job Description
Job Responsibility
Supporting Taiwan and Hong Kong market.
Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer satisfaction.
To achieve the KPI and SLA.
Job Requirements
SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin & Cantonese speaking clients.
Able to work on rotational shift.
