Job ResponsibilityYour main role is to handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond to question about FedEx products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction through incoming calls or emails. When necessary, you will also be expected to solve customers' problems and complaints.
Your profile:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Enjoy communicating with customers via telephone
- Passionate in providing outstanding customer experience
- Able to multi-task by working with various system while communicating via headset
- Able to adapt with fast pace working environment
Job Requirements- Minimum Education: Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates with no working experience are also encouraged to apply
- Those with secondary school education with at least 1 year working experience are also eligible to apply
- Able to articulate and speak well in English
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
