Job Responsibility
Responsibility :-
? To ensure that all in-coming calls / orders are attended to within 48 hours
? Must be able to communicate with callers, establish instant relationship and provide product services
? To keep accurate records for all callers and periodically review database and all materials to follow-up on potential business
? To ensure all orders are scheduled for daily delivery and issue relevant Job Orders to salesman for site visit and sales follow up


Requirement :-
? Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline
? Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
? Minimum one year working experience in sales field
? Possess basic telesales techniques
? Must be computer literate
