Job Responsibilities o Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about services or obtain details on their queries. o Sell tickets as per customer request and needs. o Meticulous and tidy at the opening and closing reports. Keep the counter clean. o Boarding buses and checking customers' numbers and tickets as per SOP. o Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems. o Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients o Following the process and procedure of the Company.
