Job Description
Job Responsibility
Answer calls in proper manners, courtesy and promptly.
Passing of line to the appropriate departments.
Reply to customer enquiries.
Attend to walk-in customers.
Prepare courier notes and service notes.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma certificate.
Possess own transport.
Candidates with experience in customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to speak English and Bahasa will be an added advantage.
