Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Answer calls in proper manners, courtesy and promptly.
  • Passing of line to the appropriate departments.
  • Reply to customer enquiries.
  • Attend to walk-in customers.
  • Prepare courier notes and service notes.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma certificate.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Candidates with experience in customer service experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to speak English and Bahasa will be an added advantage.
