Job Description
Job Responsibility
Provide customer service
Field inbound support live chats, emails , telegram from users about our product offerings
Liaise between department to resolve problems
Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions
Job Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency
Well-versed in English and Mandarin
1 year experience and above
Must be local Malaysian
