o Manage the recruitment and selection process for crews
o Preparing confirmation letter for crews.
o Preparing crew employment contract.
o Update crews' matrix.
o Update crews' working hours and schedule.
o Responsible for work permit application.
o Responsible for safety passport application.
o Booking training for crew (BOSIET, Rigging & Slinging, Food Handling)
o Preparing crew salary listing.
o Process payroll for crews including arrangement of remittance via Smart payroll.
o Preparing reports on crew salary for company, authority and clients.
o Compile and handling crews' claims.
o To perform ad hoc duties given by superior from time to time.
