Job ResponsibilityTo help cooks or chefs making mis-en place, all aspect of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to standards procedures set by Chinese Chef.
o Pick up stuff from food & beverage store and arrange accordingly in its proper places.
o To ensure the food quality and preparations, presentations are of the standards set by the Chef.
o Ensure all dishes prepared are in accordance to the standard recipe.
o Follow the set standards concerning the wastage and spoilage of all food items.
o Make sure all cold rooms are cleaned and food is stored correctly and covered at all times.
o Ensure all items stored and used have the correct date and are of correct quality.
