Job ResponsibilityRequirements:
- At least 1-2 years above experience in the related field at 4 Start hotel / Resort
- Excellent in communication skill
- Polite and confident with a great deal patience
- Positive work attitude, strong discipline and responsible
- Team spirit, high productivity and able to work under pressure
- Good in communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be advantaged (Multi-dialect is a bonus)
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and destinations
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holiday
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guest upon arrival and assisting guest with their luggage
- Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
-Understanding customer's need and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities, facilities provided by the or recommendations place in Sabah.
- Carry out any other assignment related to the department as instructed by immediate Superior or head of department from time to time.
